      The culture is wonderful a great learning experience. The management are exceptional with how to help you improve.

      Cons

      Keep things real with yourself; if you’re not physically fit, emotionally, and not organized with the ability to work at a fast past in a timely manner get yourself together before applying because time everything is timed.

      Pros

      Tight knit group of healthcare professionals that work together to provide the best care for patients. They cared very much and always worked hard (& paid extra money) to ensure the whole hospital is well staffed.

      Cons

      For me, it’s a long drive. Besides that, I had no complaints.
