      Pros

      40% Commission on Net Profit in your Territory. Except.... they will lie to you about what qualifies as your territory, taking every opportunity to not pay you. The bottom line is... the leaders of this company inherited the business from their Father, and haven't the slightest idea what they're doing.

      Cons

      Completely incompetent leadership team. President is founder's son. He is in way over his head. Has no idea what is happening or what he is doing. Mid-level Managers are family members who are even more incompetent than the President.

      Pros

      Friendly staff and co-workers. I get a lot of autonomy in my job.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive. Benefits are good but we pay 40% of health insurance premium. Although the plan we have is very good.

      Very lenient when it comes to needing time off. Or leaving work early. Because they don’t have to pay you lol

      1. Poor Management and Lack of Employee Appreciation. 2. Unethical Handling of Paid Time Off (PTO) 3. High Turnover and Instability 4. No Response to Fair Pay Raise Requests
