      They are friendly when speaking directly to you.

      Cons

      Unorganized, bad communication, distrusting. The owners are a married couple who bought the company last year, they have managed to push out most of the previous employees and only seem to trust the friends they have hired.

It is our company’s policy to hold client confidentiality in the highest regard. On this principle, we do not extend administrator passwords and full system access to newly hired and/or temporary employees. As disheartening as it is to read a negative review from any former employee, we do wish you the best.

      Pros

      Valued and Principled company that relies heavily on long-term relationships with subs and vendors, and believes in the people they work with. Matt is pretty much a do what you say and back it up with action kind of guy. Really enjoyed the experience.

      Pros

      challenging and good projects, great office and work atmosphere, a high level of integrity, honesty, and respect, very fair in all aspects, family oriented being flexible with personal commitments

      Cons

      after being laid-off because of the price of oil plummeting, they've been very fair with the exit...i can honestly say there are no cons with working with Shellback General Contracting.
