      The golden era of shell has gone

      Cons

      3days/week. No good bonus or hike. 2024 was massive layoffs with step1 and step2 process. However the organization retain the people who has solid networks and favorites. Left the real hardworking n Good skilled people.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
