Pros

-Lots of opportunities across entire spectrum of of job functions and along entire value chain (i.e company is flexible to take risks on people to allow movement) -Progressive (especially in last few years) - is currently trying to reshape it's business direction by moving towards different non traditional (for Oil and Gas) sectors like Electricity Marketing, Renewables, City Solutions -Good development/growth plans.

Cons

-Sometimes due to sheer size, can be bureaucratic in nature (Duplication in functions, lots of internal facing activity as opposed to outward/market facing) -Decisions not always timely (again due to large size)`

Pros

Early career engineers are given significant ownership and exposure to complex operational challenges. Strong focus on safety, technical development, and collaboration across disciplines. Opportunities to work on high-impact projects, interact with senior leadership, and contribute to decisions affecting major assets and infrastructure.

Cons

Workloads can be demanding, and priorities can shift quickly based on operational needs. Decision-making processes can be slow due to organizational complexity, and geographic mobility may be necessary for certain career opportunities.
