Excellent benefits. Professional workplace in regards to respecting diversity and inclusion
Cons
Management tended to normalize poor performance and didn't seem to recognize need to push innovation. Very reliant (at the time) on central technology organization to lead improvement efforts (justify overhead?). Difficult time bringing in higher qualified 3rd party contractors who could complete projects faster/cheaper/better
