Pros
Always treated with respect and given a voice - never came across any bullying or harassment and very embracing of cultural differences Great opportunities especially if willing to relocate and move around. Great support in this if this was your choice too.
Cons
Can be a little slow in decision making sometimes - needs to lose the lumbering giant model and be a bit more fleet of foot.
