Pros
High hourly pay rate for the industry. Great company overall...they know that working in food service isn't the most fun but the company does its best. Benefits after 3 months.
Cons
As a shift supervisor, you're stuck between employees and salaried management. Often times this means little respect with the same responsibilities as someone who makes way more than you do. Supervisors work all hours and often have rotating shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd) so maintaining a life and sleep schedule is hard. Many only get 32 hours per week, which really hurts when it comes time to pay the bills.
