Poor morale - Anonymous employee Shechtman Halperin Savage Employee Review

I have been at Shechtman for almost 6 months and so far this has been nothing less than an amazing firm to work for. I have seen "bad firms" in my 19 year career and this not one of them. I love the atmosphere here and I have learned so much in such a short time.

It would be an even better place to work if their salaries were a bit higher

Nice co-worker, I enjoyed working there because my co-workers were great. It is always a good vibe to work with great people. always busy with work but still good. Nice cafeteria..w chef. Gym also was good to have. They seemed to care about you for a second, at least that is what I thought. They had good benefits at first. Some attorney were very very nice, few others not so much. Some say hello when walked by you.. others looked the other way.

They just seemed to let go of staff for no good reason..staff that been working there for over years, under paid.. they demand and demand for more work to be done, but never discussed a raise.. HR there for two days when it should be full time. They offer training in other areas, instead they just laid them off. Bonus ... is just a joke.. it is just a week pay.. benefits going up and up..
