The pay is pretty decent for a manufacturing job (depending on what position you work) If you like working OT - they usually "offer" plenty.

Cons

Mandatory OT! Most management was incompetent. No chances for personal or professional development. No chance for performance based raises - the pay is the same for everyone working the same job (meaning the idiot who spends most of their time piddling around, not doing much of anything, will make the same as someone who works hard).

Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

Cons

Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
