Travel time and Hours worked do not compensate. They will have you come in early at last minute & expect you to stay late ( your on commission so they don’t care about your time and hours) all the while never offer a lunch break or any break at all, expect you to use your personal vehicle, laptop and cell for business use. They’ll give you a book and movies to watch for training and expect you to learn at home on your own time not while at the office. Commission only means you don’t get paid until you sell a home so expect at least two months to even have a chance at making a dollar.
