Drama like you're in a sitcom, they are very click like and if you're in their circle you get favored so much you pretty much don't have to work or work the minimum. If you're not apart of the click expect to get treated poorly, spoken about in a false fashion, made to even feel uncomfortable. The worst part is they know this is happening but it won't change because they seem to hire people who care more about fitting in rather than people who actually want to help clients. Actually there is only maybe 2 clinicians I've met here that seemed like they care but they're constantly spoken about in a negative light too. It's a cat game, clients are just numbers no emphasis on actually healing.
