The company provides a good environment for learning and taking ownership of challenging projects. As a Data Analyst, I had opportunities to work on end-to-end machine learning solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve real business problems. The team is supportive, and there is a culture of knowledge sharing that helps employees grow both technically and professionally.

Career advancement opportunities are relatively limited, with no well-defined career progression framework in place. It can also be challenging for contract employees to transition into permanent positions, making long-term career planning less predictable. Establishing clearer promotion criteria and a more transparent pathway to permanent employment would greatly improve employee motivation and retention.

So far, the only thing I really need to focus on is my work. I rarely have to worry about administrative tasks and other hassles, which allows me to fully concentrate on my job. The salary is also good
