Pros

You make okay tips. That's about it.

Cons

They're all about saving money. So, they want servers to do everything. They once contiplated...probably still do...that servers should wash dishes. Not only do you have to be able to handle section of up to 8 tables. You have to greet, seat, beverage, serve, exposure, make desserts and bus tables. Management is lazy and complains when they have to help. They don't know why they lose business. Why? Because customer service turns to poo when you can't fully serve your tables! Pie wednesdays. They took off certain pies on the menu. They haven't changed he menu though and they advertise season pies not in season. So every damn time someone does a lunch trip or every table on pie night I have to take the menu and do a whole shpeel on what we do and do not offer in pies because I hate disappointing people after they order their free pie. (It's been like this for 4 months) They paid for these remodels...but they didn't pay for new salad bar fridgeration and we have to put most of the prepped food in the walk in because it won't stay up to temp. when you keep having to run to the back and do everything up front...it takes time away from face to face customer time. They don't get it. It's all "card sign up" numbers. The health plan they offer is rediculous too. Uniforms are ugly. Why am i still working here!?
