Pros
Interesting market. Some very talented people. If you duck and hide you can learn a lot.
Cons
The company culture driven by the founder and CEO is toxic. He is all over the map, overloads the company with projects, is not listening to his best people and does not allow for different viewpoints and perspective. The burn rate is high, extensive spendings on lawyers and employees that actually do not generate a dime. It is just a matter of time until this hits the wall.
