So many wonderful people in this company, banded together to try to make a difference in a part of the healthcare industry that no one appreciates. Management values compassion and respect balanced with accountability. I see way too many responses on this site by people who couldn't function where management actually expected them to do their jobs. For those working at Sharecare HDS, we appreciate it!

Technology has been lacking of late, but new systems show a lot of promise. Lots of capable people working to make sure we keep moving forward.
HQ doesn't seem to appreciate the value Sharecare HDS brings to the organization

We really appreciate your review, but more than that, we truly appreciate the very important work you do as a part of Sharecare HDS. We certainly agree: the greater Sharecare team is made up of some of the best in the business, and have a collective goal of making a difference. Keep up the great work.
The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
