Pros

Since I started on the ground floor as a health coach I have had a great experience with Sharecare. The environment at Sharecare allows plenty of room for growth as an employee if you work for it. Senior management is very open around our future and expectations and does a great job of communicating that. The best part of Sharecare is the people you get to work with.

Cons

Did away with free gym membership which is a benefit most companies don't have anyways.

Thank you for taking the time to share! It's always exciting to hear about a colleague who has been able to develop professionally within our "four walls", as professional development is very important to us. We're also thrilled to hear your feedback around communication; this remains an area of focus for us and while we know it's still a work in progress, it's very encouraging to know we're moving the needle in the right direction. We do understand that the discontinuation of free gym benefits (for the portion of our colleagues who had them previously) was disappointing. Our goal remains to offer benefits that are competitive, fair and consistent in supporting the well-being of all colleagues. We encourage all team members to take advantage of the services that are a part of our benefits offerings. Thanks again for the review, and for your dedication to Sharecare! You are appreciated.

Pros

Great team and benefits enable personal growth

Cons

The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
