Management seemed to pit all shifts, departments, and managers against each other.

There are absolutely no good reasons to be here

They fire people who try to make it batter and reward the people who do nothing but complain about others. They promoted a failed former supervisor and should now expect the good people to leave. The employees job searching is monitored by a person that is not emotionally equipped for the job he is in. The top person at the Baxter facility is easily fooled by those who lie. It’s no surprise that his previous place of employment went under due to his lack of leadership skills.
