The developer and the operations teams are loaded with very experienced people who have worked on many successful projects. They hold each other to high standards and are very supportive.
Cons
Like a lot of tech start ups, the focus is on individual features. The overall customer experience can be disjointed. Customer-facing roles can be frustrating.
