* it's a hotel there is always something to do, you make or break your hours and thus your pay * the benefits are great *if you're someone who can tune out the world and relax to cleaning, its the perfect job

*Management plays favorites, was literally told management can't do anything about someone because the GM forbade it. *Management will not report or document conflicts, *if you care, this is not the job for you.
