Pros
Nothing. They hire people without much experience... So for recent graduates needing experience it sounds like quite the deal.
Cons
EVERYTHING. The owner treats all employees awfully. Everyone is on salary and they make you feel very guilty for not working absurd amounts of overtime. They are so cheap that salaries are VERY low and they don't hire enough employees. They basically give you no benefits and it is not worth your time.
