Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Regarding your review of Shadow Factory, I’m very sorry this was your experience. We take company culture very seriously and want to treat all our employees respectfully and inclusively. In 2019, we were still a young company, with a lot of challenges. Since then, I’ve done my best to make things right and make everyone whole. We have learned a lot through the experience and can assure you processes are now in place so we don’t have a repeat of these issues again. In terms of the other reviews, we encourage all of our employees to post honestly about us.
