You can keep practically all of your salary, since housing, medical, insurance and transportation are provided and there is really very little in the way of things to spend your money on -- no movies, no alcohol, no clubs.

You're in a compound with all the people you work with, so you are 24/7 with them. Outside the compound, it is a bit uncomfortable sometimes. Women have to wear a robe that completely covers them from head to foot and they also need a headscarf. They usually need to be accompanied by a male "guardian" as well.

Salaries are a little bit late (first week of the month), some times the top management just Ignores the request we send completely even if it's a work related issue.
