Pros
1. A known brand in the list of Product based companies. 2. Good at writing fake positive reviews at Glassdoor(Yes the HR will force u to do this) 3. Few good folks with good knowledge. Good for u only if u r working with them.
Cons
1. Worst management, the HR and directors behave like they are the king. They do whatever they want to do, no care about policies or employees. 2. If u are a female, then u r dead here, full of sexist people(top leaders). So very few females here. 3. Bad salaries, and increments are even worse (3%-8%). 4. All politics and blame game, people here are working from 10-15 years they are the worst. 5. Management will flip on things they discussed with u, even on written things. 6. Bad codebase, no career growth.
