Pros
1. Good WLB 2. I got to work with great people in my team (My manager and my peers were the best part about my stint at shaadi)
Cons
1. Poor management 2. Poor engineering leadership (SVP of engineering is the worst). That guy has got no engineering principles. 3. HR is just lazy and will keep you hanging for days unless you go and follow up by yourself. 4. Don't join if you're not from Maharashtra. They'll just blabber in Marathi and make you feel like an outsider. 5. Partiality with outsiders and favoritism for marathi people.
