      Pros

      Great people and terrific attorneys. Staff is generally amazing. Not your typical biglaw partner/associate; people are generally nice and relatively laid back. High quality work.

      Cons

      Slightly below market salary. Chicago office dictates all hiring and decision making at the other "satellite" offices and it can get contentious. There is some lower margin work and job security can be a concern.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
