The building is probably the only nice attribute. Of course this cost is passed on to clients.
Cons
Everyone is terrible. Egotistical yet inexperienced attorneys working in a very negative and hostile racist, sexist and homophobic environment. No one cares about teamwork or clients. The bottom line and making partner is all that matters. If you are not that smart but enjoy stabbing people in the back, this is the perfect environment for you. Just imagine how they bill, treat and talk about their "ignorant" clients.
