Pros
It is really a worst company. It hires guys on some profile ; but after joining, it assigns some other domain. They have hired me as a JAVA developer and after a small project finished, they forward me to another comany "Aristrocat" as a Tester. When i denied, they planned me to fire. As money was needed for me , so i worked as a tester. There is no saturday, no sunday. The company infrastructure is not like a software company, Upper floor is CEO and his family room and lower is Employees room. So at any time you have to work ; no night also; but they are not providing money for the extra work. There is no training alos... Please guys, don't join..if u join you carrier will spoil.....
