      Friendly and collaborative team Excellent processes and training in place if you have never had experience in recruitment (internal or agency) or RPO before Support from a global team - delivery centres in the UK and US

      Cons

      Only one account in Sydney at the moment but this will change

      It's RPO, so there's always a risk of being benched or being laid off.

      Pros

      Lots of growth if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Long hours and unable to maintain a work life balance, even working remotely. Too high of a workload that you won’t see from other companies. Laid off a large portion of US based employees to being in contractors at a cheaper price. Gross.
