Pros
This relatively new company (6.5 years old) has great leadership, great benefits, lots of flexibility and great values. I came on as one of the first 20 employees and we've now grown to over 200. The leadership has grown the company quickly but carefully in making sure we bring on the best talent and have work for them immediately. The work is challenging with many large, multisite companies like BP, Walgreens, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. Since I've been with Sevan, I've always worked from home but still get great communication and updates from leadership on our plans, goals, successes and failures. The pay and benefits are very competitive and they do a great job of rewarding successes. We also have lots of impact in the decision-making process. The work-life balance is the best I've experienced in my 30+ years of working full-time.
Cons
The only downside I have is that we don't get together as an entire company as much as I'd like so we can meet each other and share ideas. While management has tried to do this annually, I understand the difficulty when we're spread-out from coast-to-coast and we're all very busy with our respective clients who have deadlines and budget and site-counts to hit.
