      Great for gaining knowledge and skills to use elsewhere.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Commission varies and can be okay if the work comes in. Commission scales was also suddenly changed without notice, negatively impacting how much commission is earned.

      Pros

      ServiceUp fosters an inclusive environment where innovation and creativity thrive. We were recently recognized by Magazine Inc with the Best Workplace award, based on an analysis of benefits, culture, and employee feedback. Twice a year, we collaborate across departments to strategize, which I personally find enjoyable. Our leadership team is always open to discussion, and our CEO meets with team members daily to keep everyone informed and included. His genuine care for our team is evident.
