Pros

Starting money is very good, very open about remote work

Cons

Bing micromanaged by people who don't understand technology, no semblance of training , but you're expected to know everything, no communication from upper management, you're often blindsided by their comments. You're told on Monday that your performance is great and on Tuesday, you're threatened with dismissal.

Pros

Pretty cool product and employees are nice

Cons

They aren’t who they say they are! Be very careful and avoid employment here at all costs. I question whether the executive team plans to be there in the long term, which is surprising as the company is still pretty early stage and experiencing growth.
