Business outlook
Pros
The pay was not the worst for the area, but the difference between the front line associates who really were the face of the company and the people who were implementing silly procedures and then taking them back was almost comical. The situation was even worse at the local levels- people who worked hard to satisfy customers were laid off during slow months, while management worked hard to make sure they personally received their annual bonuses.
Cons
Too many "directors" and "regional managers" all trying to run their own individual companies. A large "boys club" moving the cronies around into new positions to make sure they weren't downsized. Moving the problems around never really solved any of the problems.
