      Pros

      I frickin love my job. I’ve held many jobs and I can honestly say this is an amazing experience. My team is awesome. I have a voice that’s respected. We’re doing some really cool things. I hope to retire here.

      Cons

      Technology is lacking but we find a way. Being the paid media manager, I sometimes feel like I’m speaking a foreign language to the rest of the team. It’s only because we have a lean team and everyone specializes in their own craft. It is empowering mostly but I’m not able to nerd out all the time.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
