Pros
- Company vehicle with gas paid. - Company paid insurance, well mostly. You pay a small portion out of pocket per paycheck. - Colleagues are supportive depending on your field. - Performance based pay or hourly. - Offering to hire with zero experience and train you accordingly. - Top notch work at least in my field for installs.
Cons
- Upper management has issues with communication, and has tendencies to make quick decision with little afterthought of the fallout. - Copy paste service company model, you're pressured more to sell than to service. - Warehouse/fleet and office places are a literal nightmare in terms of organization and execution of small problems/tasks. - Office staff would regularly miss follow ups with clients or dismiss client concerns leading into bigger issues than the original issue. - Meetings were a literal joke, coordination was never a strong suit for Service Today! to wear. - Turnover rate is very high due to miscommunication of expectations. - High pressure to "service" a client and sell a large project. - Micromanaged on a daily basis. - At the end of the day your managers at this company are trained salesman. Salesman are trained to disregard objections/issues on a daily basis and find a workaround. The way this company operates is a result of mismanagement by upper management. Genuinely not a place I would stay longer than I needed to.
