      Pros

      Some good people. Uniformity as far as presentation goes.

      Cons

      Worst pay scale. You get paid hourly at first, then only get paid if you sell a "lead" that they got. Shady side deals just to get future work, and subpar training. If you have a bad couple of days at work, you could lose a lot more than just money. More people quit then want to work there, and you have a year non compete.

      The pay is the only pro.

      Cons

      Toxic Company Culture. Zero respect from department managers Very poor training ran by unqualified people. Other department supervisors will yell and belittle you for every mistake. Managers do not care at all.. Managers spend 70-80% of every day in constant meetings and offer zero support.
