Pros

The pay is the only pro.

Cons

Toxic Company Culture. Zero respect from department managers Very poor training ran by unqualified people. Other department supervisors will yell and belittle you for every mistake. Managers do not care at all.. Managers spend 70-80% of every day in constant meetings and offer zero support.

Pros

Before this company sold it was fun to work at and they attempted to do nice things to make up for continuing to push us to completely unrealistic expectations. Small things would include pizza and snacks but nothing major. The only good thing is suffering alongside some people who are decent.

Cons

This place is run by terrible people who genuinely do not care about employees. They promote how great their culture is and how much they appreciate their employees but it's not uncommon for the ops manager or other managers to scream at you in meetings because you didn't force your customers into buying an expensive replacement for something like a water heater. They don't care about doing what is right for the customer. They care about making money and set goals for how many high ticket items you need to force your technicians to sell each day, even when the customers you may be visiting that day can't afford a tankless water heater or new electrical panel. They force you to upsell the customers and teach you not to worry about what it is going to cost the customer. You will also be yelled at and made fun of for taking time off and using your PTO. This place is very toxic and most employees are miserable.
