I truly enjoy working with all of my peers and it's one of the rare gems of employment where seemingly all employees care about the well-being of the company. All of my peers are able to bring something special to the table and the floor is ALWAYS open to creative, new ideas. Service Objects offers a unique array of services that truly benefit companies, especially if they're eCommerce-based. Our customers love us for our rapid response times and stellar support. Something that took me by surprise after working here for several months is the management team's commitment to their employees career growth. Our managers are actively looking for ways to help the employees achieve both career and personal success- the benefits package is genuinely too good to be true. Snacks and beverages supplied in the break-room, restocked weekly. Full reimbursement for cellphone and internet expenses. Plus, everyday is bring-your-dog-to-work-day! In all, Service Objects has supported me well beyond what a average employer would and has opened many doors along the way to future career goals.
Cons
Too many places to eat within walking distance. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Expect to put on some additional pounds.
