Pros

As expected from any startup environment, SLS offers a dynamic environment to work and learn. Unlike other companies where you can be stuck to a single project and technology, it exposes you to a range of modules in ServiceNow within a short span. It will definitely give a head start in the market. There is flexibility in working environment. Situated in a co-working space, it gives you a feel of a casual and free ambiance. There is work from home option available which is a big plus too. SLS always encourages its employees to get certified and stay up to date with technology. In fact, there have been opportunities for International trainings and certification. There is Onsite opportunity in Australia with a great team there, which is rare for a startup. You will be expected to work independently on projects, so that gives a great exposure to project management for senior members. People are always ready to help out. Frequent outings, trips, events, welcome lunches are there, so the work never seems monotonous.

Cons

The work area can be improved a bit(not a deal breaker), which will be taken care of in future.
