Long hours, low pay, hostile work environment, revolving door of employees. They talk it up but it took me about 2 days to realize this place is a joke. Unless you sleep your way to the top you won’t get anywhere. Sales manager and assistant sales manager are both very hostile. Forget about off days. They will call you for work stuff. If you don’t answer they flip out on you. They make you sign a paper stating they will not provide you with health insurance and not to use of all thing post it notes or scrap paper to write notes. They all have to be in a special notebook. But don’t throw anything away. As it will all be needed for customer files. Sales assistants work for $11 a hour but the job would pay $20/$25 per hour else where. Bonus: you can rent their condo in Mexico for $40 a night but you won’t be able to afford to travel. Don’t count on being paid for about 4-6 weeks after you leave and expect to have to threaten going to the Labor board for non payment of hours worked. Run as fast as you can far far away.
