The team really, its spirit, but certainly not the President

Mainly the unrealistic demands by the president along with the constant pressure while cutting corners by employing a team consisting of interns, temps and poorly paid freelancers. Moreover, the general lack of trust towards staff in addition to a typically irrational and emotionally driven temper by the president in daily operations make this place, as much as the team compensates for this, an impossible environment o thrive.
