      Goot to learn and try yourself in different positions within one company. You can be Project Manager, Event Coordinator, Hr, Accountant, digital Marketing in one face

      Cons

      No structure and no system, you do everything and nothing. They will always negotiate your asked salary.

      Pros

      No pros to say. The Worst company in Dubai( back office in India, Kerala) with an arrogant owner.

      Cons

      Not giving basic respect. Not giving salary on time( 3-4 month pending). Considering staffs as slaves. Last but not the least, owner with a criminal mentality.
