We are sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations. However, we must respectfully disagree with several points raised in your review, as they do not accurately reflect the current state of our company.
Firstly, we have a well-defined structure and support system in place. Our recent employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) survey, which resulted in a score of 70, indicates a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
This score reflects the positive experiences of the majority of our team members and contradicts the notion of a lack of structure and support.
Regarding the concerns about management and leadership, we strive to maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment. Our leadership team is committed to providing consistent and clear guidance, and we are continuously working on enhancing our internal processes. The claim that our CEO's leadership style is rigid and domineering is not accurate, as we actively encourage open communication and value the expertise of our employees.
As you know, we take onboarding very seriously which is carried out in person over a number of days with a very structured plan agreed and regular follow ups in place. The assertion that onboarding is virtually nonexistent is simply not true and is something that we receive consistent positive feedback on.
Feedback is an essential part of our culture, and we are committed to addressing any issues that arise. We regret that you felt your feedback was dismissed, but we assure you that we take all feedback seriously and work diligently to improve our processes.
We understand the importance of a positive work culture and are dedicated to fostering an environment where collaboration and support are prioritised.
We appreciate your advice to management and will take it into consideration as we continue to make improvements. Our goal is to empower our staff and create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
