I will be fare, A lot of good brand is there in companies kitty and they are ruining it like anything.. all are going to leave Company will give you good package.. pay you quarterly

Work culture is pathetic! They don't really care about technical aspect of things, what they want is boat made up of paper which is going to sink. On the name of process they will bind you for everything, This is totally machine world bcz humans here are in capable of managing. They will deduct your salary for any reason, repeating.. for any reason! Once again.. any reason! If you worked till 4 AM in the morning and you decided to be late by 2-3 hours next day.. wont works at ServPRO! They dont have management/humanity to handle this, They will go by system! Project deadlines are too short bcz they take project on Vadapav's price.. M I sounding too low, ok Samosa Pav! Wont pay you on time, wont pay your expenses easily and the list goes on and on.... NOTE : If you want to grow as IT professional, you gotta look for another opportunity!
