Pros

Hours. The store manager can usually be off work by 2:30 every day. The pay is very nice and lots of chances for bonuses and incentives.

Cons

Incredible amounts of work with limited assistance. Reliance on on-demand labor or temp help rather than dedicated part-time employees. Major focus on displays rather than ensuring the team has the help they need for working through stock. Labor hours are based on cases being sold rather than the hundreds of cases that come in to be worked every day.
