The funny thing is that Leadership says they really want to see more questions from people during company meetings. In the meantime they changed the Q&A platform from anonymous to everyone having to use their real name to ask questions. Don’t really understand their thought process on this though. In pursuit of project deadline, it is also dumping its traditions of giving people some extra leave over holiday. Tons of “Thank you…” emails, no actions.
