Most importantly, their behavior prevents you from creating the safe, enriching and stimulating atmosphere you were told was originally the goal. Specialty teachers do not arrive, leaving teacher assistants to teach cooking/science for months. In 2017, a martial arts teacher with a criminal record regarding "endangering children" was hired to teach in multiple sites for weeks. It is to the point where I wonder if the company is covering up their financial gains and the families agree.
