It's very far from town for bus riders, the technical drawings they have don't include adequate detail to do the job properly, the lead hand for the brazing position (that hires most) won't work with women and and will leave you with vague instructions that have nothing to do the technical drawings so you're left just doing guess work, they only hire through employment agencies so the probationary period is extended to another 6 months after the end of the contract.
