Pros

Working at Seraph requires you to utilise and learn a broad range of different skills. This goes from excellent and independent client management, to understanding what tone to take with senior business leaders, to writing emotive copy. As a project manager you eventually take responsibility for every element of your project. This means planning and executing every element going from initial conversations with clients to delivering on your project and then securing the returns. You are not just a small cog in a big machine, in many cases you run your own machine. This has taught me so many skills which I don't see peers in graduate schemes practicing. Planning, management, communication and responsibility are encouraged and taught constantly. This is all within a collegiate, friendly and supportive environment. You are not left on your own on this, and are trained thoroughly, with the opportunity to ask for help or flag an issue always there. You are never left to feel as if you are alone in dealing with an issue.
