Pros

A very good company, with a lot of possibilities for employees who want to assert themselves at the workplace through professionalism and knowledge. The company also offers a wide range of benefits, social activities, recognitions, both personal and career development, annual salary increase and annual bonus according to the personal performance. But most importantly, A WONDERFUL WORK TEAM, with friendly coworkers and truly helpfull. The facility is well maintained with a high degree of cleanliness and a large, wonderful cafeteria where you can enjoy your lunch and socialize with your work colleagues. Also a company that has stable shifts, with opportunities for internal application after more than six months. The learning- training resources are very well developed and always updated with new changes. Salaries are commensurate, depending on the work performed, to which is added the generous shift premium. Overtime is always required.

Cons

Vacation days accumulate during employment are used during shutdowns.

Pros

Health insurance is better than most. Office positions' compensation are competitive. One week paid vacation earned quicker than other companies.

Cons

Speaking for Louisville, CO site: Production supervisors and leads tend to talk down to operators. No growth opportunities even though tuition reimbursement is offered. No recognition for job well done--ever. Louisville sight can't seem to get out of the 20th century. Boys club! Old policies! Old manufacturing equipment breaks drown or causes issues. Don't take the job without a full tour! Clear separation between the production folks and the office folks with animosity between them. For office staff job offers, if the offer is too good to be true, it is. No vision insurance, poor dental insurance. Production had mandatory OT almost every single Saturday. Management doesn't listen to anyone but management. They will interrupt you, roll their eyes, walk away, or dismiss what you just said.
